- Open every day from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. You must definitely arrive as soon as the park is open to take advantage of all that it offers.
- Access charge: $ 1,602 pesos, children under 12 have 50% discount
- Do not forget to bring a camera that you can immerse in water
- To access the park you will need biodegradable,the others are prohibited and they are kept at the entrance
- There are several activities with extra cost, such as meeting and swimming with dolphins, swimming with manatees and mantarayas, zip bike and spa.
