  • What is the minimum stay?
    There is a minimum 2 night booking requirement..
    There is no maximum booking requirement. Bookings are subject to availability.


  • How do I make a reservation?
    There are a number of easy steps you have to follow to place a reservation:
    Use the multiple search functions to find the house you like.
    Submit an availability request of that house for the dates you wish to stay:
    select your check in night, your check out day and your party size. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.


  • How do I confirm my reservation?
    You can confirm your reservation by paying the reservation deposit of 100%


  • Do the prices include taxes?
    Yes, on the quote that you will receive, taxes will be included.


  • Am I required to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
    Yes a security deposit of $250 Dollars will be asked on your arrival.


  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    There is a 50% cancellation fee of the total of the reservation for any cancellation notification received 2 weeks before the reservation.


    In order to obtain a full refund of the accommodation fees, the cancellation must be made within 48 hours after the reservation.


  • Can I smoke in the apartment?
    No. Our apartment are strictly non-smoking except on the balconies outside and rofftop.


  • How and when do I get the keys to the house?
    Our Concierge will be in the house or the airport to give you the keys. If you have questions please contact our Guest Relations


  • How long does it take to get from Cancún Airport to Mi Querido Tulum?
    We are located 2 hours drive south of Cancún city.


  • Should I rent a Car?
    We have shuttle and Airport pickup services, if you don´t want any of them we recommend you rent a car.


  • What are the check in and check out times?
    The rental period begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminates at 12:00 p.m..
    Late departures will incur an extra charge of one night charge.
    The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.
    Occasionally delays checkouts may occur during peak season.


  • What is the maximum occupancy?
    Please take note of the maximum occupancy is 4 people. You are responsible for not exceeding the maximum occupancy and you can be asked to leave the property if you overlook this requirement.


  • Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water?
    No, there are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water.


  • How often are the houses cleaned?
    The services is not included. If you need housekeeping service, you can ask your concierge or send an email to hello@miqueridotulum.com and the cost is $30 usd.


  • Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
    Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all of our houses.


  • What happens if I break something?
    Please contact your concierge as soon as possible to assess the damage.
    We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.
    Along with the welcome letter you will receive a copy of the house inventory which you can check for accuracy when you arrive.
    Every item is listed along with it’s replacement value. It is much quicker and simpler to remedy cases of broken or damaged items if we are informed while you are still in the house.


  • What if I need help or information during my stay?
    There will be our concierge available to answer any of your questions during regular business hours.


  • Are pets allowed?
    No, pets are not allowed.


  • Does the apartment has Internet access?
    Our house has free Wi-Fi Internet access.


  • Does the apartment has car parking spaces?
    Yes, we have parking spaces


  • Do you offer car rentals?
    There are several recommended car rental companies at the airport.

  • Can I bring guests back to the apartment?
    From the momento you arrive t the property, it is your home away from home. You can receive visitors, but they cannot spend the night at the property.


  • Can I have a party in the house?
    No. It’s important that you maintain a respectable level of music and television..
    During the weekends, please maintain a Respectful volume of noise after 9:00PM. By closing the balcony doors you can lower the level of volume going outside and to other houses significantly.
    We reserve the right to evict with immediate effect all renters from the property who, in our opinion, are not suitable as clients of MI QUERIDO TULUM, due to unreasonable behavior, damage to the property, or causing repeated annoyance or offense to adjacent properties/neighbors. In such cases of eviction, no refund will be given under any circumstances.


  • Is there hot water in all apartments?
    Yes, all units have hot water systems.


  • How bad are the mosquitoes?
    Generally, the mosquitoes tend to be out the most around July and August. During other times of the year, there are not so many mosquitoes.
    However, we recommend that you bring along some mosquito repellent just in case (bio-degradable of course!).


  • *Is Tulum safe?
    Yes it is .We are located in Aldea Zama an area with private access and 24-hour surveillance
